YOUR BEST THINKING DESERVES BETTER THAN A WEBINAR
Most firms in this industry have something genuinely worth saying and no good way to say it. Case studies get skimmed. Panels get forgotten. Conference talks reach the forty people in the room.
Common Ground Up is a video podcast built for the people actually doing the work — the executives, project leads, innovators, and field talent whose ideas move design and construction forward. We put them in front of a host who knows the industry cold, in a room built for real conversation, with three cameras and broadcast audio.
What comes out is an hour of substance, cut into assets your team can use for the next two years.

WHY IT WORKS
A host who speaks the language. Diane Anglin of Carta Advisors has spent her career inside design and construction. She doesn't need a briefing document to ask a good follow-up question. Guests relax, and the conversation goes somewhere a marketing interview never does.
Not owned by anyone in the industry. Common Ground Up is produced independently by Maximum Flavor Media. No firm owns the platform, which is exactly why guests speak freely on it — and why the episodes hold up as something other than an ad.
Assets, not just an episode. Full episode, LinkedIn-ready clips, stills, and audio. Downloadable and yours. Your team gets months of content out of a single shoot day.

DIANE ANGLIN - HOST
Twenty-five years in design and construction have left Diane Anglin with an unreasonably good contact list and a habit of asking people what they're working on. A partner at Carta Advisors, she facilitates partnering programs and stakeholder alignment on large capital projects nationally, and previously led marketing at Clark Construction Group. She is a past president of the Design-Build Institute of America's Western Pacific Region, where she still serves on the advisory board, and a longtime contributor to the Lean Construction Institute.
Common Ground Up came out of that habit. It's a show about the people doing the most interesting work in this industry, and what they've learned doing it.
